Very sturdy slotted angle bars. I used these to make a router sled for shaving down lumber. It's not as good as a joiner/planer, but I don't have the budget for one right now. So, this was the next best thing. I used a 5/16 hex bolt to screw onto a piece of 2/4 at each end for the sled. A little paste wax will also help the router slide back and forth. Would highly recommend for this DIY project.
